• Come to agreement
• Contracts delivered to all parties to contact

Between Contract and Closing

• Attorney reviews contract
• Property Inspection 
• Apply for mortgage
• Resolve issues from above
• Secure home owner's insurance
• Arrange final walk-through

Closing

• You will be notified of time and place
• Bring insurance policy
• Bring certified check
• Get keys
• Celebrate
